What is Impulse Cashholm?
Impulse Cashholm is an AI-powered trading platform designed for traders who want clearer signals and less screen time. The system analyses price action, news, and sentiment in real time and surfaces high-confidence opportunities — with the reasoning attached.
Who is the platform designed for?
We built it for traders who are short on time but serious about results. You don’t need to be a chartist. You don’t need to follow every news feed. If you can read plain English and make a decision, you can use Impulse Cashholm.
Do I need trading experience to get started?
No. The platform is built so a complete beginner can follow the AI’s signals on day one. That said, traders who understand the basics — what a stop-loss is, how leverage works, why position sizing matters — will get more out of the system. We’d encourage every new trader to start small and learn as they go.
How long does setup take?
Under five minutes for registration. Verification (email and phone) usually takes another few minutes. Once your first deposit lands, you can start trading the same session.
Is there a way to try the platform before committing?
Yes. We recommend starting with a small first deposit so you can see how the platform behaves with real signals before scaling up. There’s no minimum-time commitment — you can withdraw and close your account whenever you like.
The platform
How does the AI actually work?
The AI continuously processes live market data — price action, order book depth, news flow, sentiment — and matches what it sees against a library of historical patterns. When a high-probability setup forms, it generates a signal with a short plain-English explanation. The full details are on the How It Works page.
What markets and assets can I trade?
The platform supports cryptocurrencies, forex pairs, major stock indices, and commodities. One account covers all of them — you don’t need separate logins or wallets.
Can I customise the AI’s behaviour?
Yes. You can set your risk appetite, choose which markets to follow, set position sizing rules, and enable or disable specific signal types. The defaults are sensible for most traders, but every dial is yours to turn.
Is there a mobile app?
The platform is fully mobile-responsive in any modern browser — iOS Safari, Chrome, Firefox. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap; we’ll announce it on the blog when it’s ready.
Can I override the AI and trade manually?
Yes. The AI is there to help, not to replace your judgement. You can ignore any signal, place your own trades, or pause the automation entirely at any time.
Deposits and withdrawals
What’s the minimum deposit?
The platform sets a low starting threshold so new traders aren’t locked out. You can find the current minimum on the Sign Up page — we keep it under regular review.
What deposit methods are supported?
Major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and several e-wallet options. The full list is shown at the deposit screen, and the available options depend on your account region.
How long do withdrawals take?
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. The time it takes to reach your account after that depends on your method — card refunds and e-wallets are usually fastest, bank transfers can take 1–3 business days.
Are there deposit or withdrawal fees?
We don’t charge a fee for deposits or withdrawals on the platform side. Your bank or card issuer may apply their own fees — check with them if you’re unsure.
What currencies are supported?
AUD is fully supported for Australian traders. The platform also handles USD, EUR, GBP, and several major altcoins for those who prefer to fund in crypto.
Security and trust
Is my money safe?
Trader funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from operational funds. Your balance is yours — we don’t use it for platform operations, ever.
How is my data protected?
All data in transit is encrypted with TLS. All data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. We only collect what we need to operate the service.
Is Impulse Cashholm regulated?

Can I enable two-factor authentication?
Yes — and we’d encourage every trader to do it. 2FA can be set up in under a minute from your account settings, using an authenticator app or SMS codes.
What happens if my account is compromised?
If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately and we’ll lock the account while we investigate. Strong passwords plus 2FA make this scenario very unlikely — but the process is in place if you need it.
Account and support
How do I verify my account?
Verification has two parts: confirming your email address and your phone number. Both happen automatically after sign-up. For larger deposits, additional identity verification may be required to meet Australian compliance rules.
What if I forget my password?
Click “Forgot password” on the login page. We’ll send a reset link to your registered email. The link expires after 30 minutes for security.
How do I close my account?
Reach out to support through the Contact Us page and we’ll walk you through it. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method first.
When is support available?
Our team operates on AEST hours with extended cover. The Contact Us page lists current support windows and the fastest ways to reach us for different types of questions.
What languages does support cover?
English is our primary support language. Most common European languages are covered for written queries.
Pricing and costs
Does Impulse Cashholm charge an account fee?
There’s no monthly subscription to use the platform. Account creation and basic use are free.
How does the platform make money?
We earn through a small spread on executed trades — the standard model for most trading platforms. The spread is shown at the point of trade, so nothing is hidden.
Are there hidden costs?
No. The spread is the only platform cost, and it’s visible before every trade. Your bank or card issuer may charge their own fees for deposits or withdrawals — those are outside our control.
Do I pay anything if I don’t trade?
No. Dormant accounts don’t accrue fees. You can hold funds on the platform without trading for as long as you like, though we’d suggest withdrawing if you’re stepping away long-term.
Is there a premium or pro tier?
The platform is one tier for everyone — same AI, same tools, same support. We don’t gate features behind paywalls.
